BRAVO CHARLIE 2026
December 12–13, 2026 | Prince George, British Columbia
The Bravo Charlie Fire Conference is bringing firefighters, instructors, families, and fire service leaders together in Northern British Columbia for two days built around something simple: getting better at the job and strengthening the culture around it.
Hosted at the Prince George Playhouse, Bravo Charlie will feature a lineup of experienced fire service instructors sharing lessons built from real-world experience, practical application, leadership, culture, tactics, and the responsibility that comes with serving our communities.
Over two days, attendees will hear from six speakers covering topics that matter both on and off the fireground. Expect honest conversations, practical takeaways, stories, lessons learned, and plenty of opportunity to connect with firefighters from across the region and beyond.
Bring the Family
Bravo Charlie is also meant to be different from the typical fire conference.
We know attending training often means another weekend away from home, so we want spouses and families to be part of this one. Bring them along, spend the weekend in Prince George, and let them be part of the community that surrounds the fire service.
Special spouse tickets are available for the full two-day conference.
Why Bravo Charlie?
Because some of the best things that happen in the fire service happen when we get out of our own departments, sit down with people we may never have met before, share ideas, challenge each other, and remember why we chose this work in the first place.
Different departments.
Different experiences.
Different patches.
BRAVO CHARLIE
The Bravo Charlie Fire Conference runs over two full days of lectures, conversations, and time together with firefighters from across the region.
Doors open at 7:30 AM each morning with coffee available before the day gets underway. Day One begins with opening ceremonies followed by our first lecture at 9:00 AM, lunch at noon, and Justin Lorenzen taking the stage in the afternoon.
Day Two starts with Marcos Orozco at 8:30 AM, followed by lunch, another featured speaker, Joey Cherpin, and closing remarks at 4:15 PM.
A few speakers are still to be announced, so keep an eye out as we continue releasing the full lineup.
Two days. Six lectures. Good people, good conversations, and a weekend built around the fire service.
